Conditions for Returns

The item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and flawless. Products for the fashion industry can be tested to determine how well they fit. This will continue to be regarded as unworn.

The item must be accompanied by all of its original tags, instructions, warranty cards, gifts, receipts, and accessories.

The item must be returned in the manufacturer’s original, unused packaging or box. If the item was shipped in Fyidi packaging or a box, that identical packaging or box needs to be sent back. Avoid sticking tape or stickers directly on the packing or box from the manufacturer.

To prevent any trouble or delays in your return procedure, it is crucial to include the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package.

Please keep the Fyidi Return Acknowledgement paper on hand if you are delivering your package to a Drop-Off location or a Pickup Agent so that you have it for reference in the future.

In order to return a goods, you must first get in touch with us on its behalf and explain why you want to issue a refund for it.

We retain the right to refuse any refund requests if the returned item does not abide by the aforementioned conditions.

Note: The item will be returned to you within 6 to 8 days if your return request is denied. After three (3) unsuccessful delivery efforts, the item(s) will be sent to scrap; no refund will be offered.

Returns Policy

  1. Please submit a return request via the fyidi app or website if your product is delivered with any of the following problems: damage, defect, error, or incompleteness. The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date for fyidi items and within 7 days of the delivery date for non-fyidi items.

  2. Please confirm if the product is covered under seller’s warranty or brand warranty before using the product or after the return period has expired. Please check our Warranty Policy for additional details on warranty claims.

  3. We allow a change of heart for a few categories. For further information, please see the section below on return policies per category.

Valid reasons to return an item

  1. The delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)

  2. The delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).

  3. The delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)

  4. The delivered product does not match the product description or picture (i.e product is not as advertised)

  5. The delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)

Fashion

Clothing, Apparel, Sunglasses, Shoes & Accessories

You can return and refund non-fyidi items if you change your mind (excluding items shipped overseas).

According to fyidi’s assessment, a refund will be issued if the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact. Items found to be used will be rejected and returned to customers.

Bags, Eyewear, Jewellery, Watches, Women’s Intimate Apparel & Men’s Innerwear.

It is not possible to return and get a refund if you change your mind.

According to fyidi’s assessment, a refund will be issued if the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact. We will reject any items found to be used and return them to the customer.

Items that cannot be returned: Custom-made items, Fine Jewellery (gold, diamonds, gems, etc.)

 

Health and Beauty

Makeup, Fragrance, Moisturizers, Creams, Scrubs, Oils, Bath & Body Accessories, Personal Care & Health, Sexual Wellness, Shape wear, Food Supplements

Change of mind is not applicable to returns and refunds.

Fyidi will issue a refund if the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Sports & Travel

Change of mind is not applicable to returns and refunds.

Fyidi will issue a refund if the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Digital Product

Non-returnable

Books & stationery

Change of mind is not applicable to returns and refunds.

If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued based on fyidi’s assessment.

Tools, DIY & Outdoor

Returns and refunds are not applicable to change of mind.

Fyidi will issue a refund if the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Refund requests that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected.

You will receive the item back within 6-15 days if your return request has been rejected. The item will be sent to scrap after three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts and no refund will be given.

 

Issuance of Refunds

1. Refund processing times vary depending on the type and method of payment.

2. As soon as Daraz has processed your refund, the refund period / process begins.

3. In the case of a return, the refund amount includes the item price as well as the shipping fee.

Refund Types

The following refund types will be processed by Daraz

1. Refunds are processed after your item has been returned to the warehouse and quality control has been completed (successfully). Please read our Return Policy for information on returning an item.

2. When an order is successfully cancelled, a refund will be issued automatically.

3. Refunds for failed deliveries – The refund process begins when the item reaches the seller. It may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address. This website is compatible with screen readers.

NOTE: The Refunds policy works depending on the payment method. The refund policy may take up to 8-20 working days to process.
